Biography:
My writing career began at school, where I was lucky to have the type of English teacher who talks about books. In some ways I have been lucky, going right back to Junior School where one of the local residents was herself a poet and came into school to give us readings. Anyway, I got the bug and began to indulge in writing for myself. At first it was short stories, plays and small pieces - but later I had poetry published, and was lucky enough to have a play performed by a theatre company in South London.
I have written three novels; For Instance being the second of these. I am now working on having my third novel (Love Letters) published, and have also completed a volume of short stories.
