Biography:
Hugh McGregor Ross was born in 1917. Graduating from Cambridge University, he has an insistent urge to explore new subjects, including the Gospel of Thomas. Over a period
of thirty years he has created a Collection of books on that Gospel.
After graduating at Cambridge University, he worked in various research laboratories
until joining Ferranti as deputy to the Sales Manager of the Computer Department.
He later became an independent consultant on computer+telecommunication systems.
The portrait was taken in 1954 when he first worked on Pegasus.
