Biography:
Hi folks,
I'm not going to reveal my age but I have two sons and three granddaughters.?
I started work in the W.R.N.S. (Fleet Air Arm) in the distant past and have had many varying jobs since then including retail management and renovating old rocking horses.
As well as writing, my hobbies include painting, embroidery, machine knitting, bonsai growing and ornithology. There's never time to be bored.
I started writing about fifteen to twenty years ago but until I started this novel it wasn't a serious pursuit. However, I did take a postal course in short story and novel writing and while a member of the Southampton Writers Circle picked up various first, second and third prizes for entries to the Circle's competitions. "Strawberry Stains" is my first novel and I am in the process of writing the sequel, "Laying Down New Straw", which I hope to put on this site next year.
I have written many short stories, some of which will also be available shortly.
If you enjoy "Strawberry Stains" as much as I enjoyed writing it then you are in for a treat.?
