Biography:
John Trevor Charles Barr was born in Barrington nr Taunton in 1949
John left school at the age of 15 after a secondary modern education.
John worked on the farm until 1977.
John also has been a self-employed Garden Contractor and Taxi Driver.
In 1976 John broke the non-stop running record with a distance of 131 miles.
John had to give up his job in 1994 because of severe Rheumatoid Arthritis and has had, both knees and hips replaced.
John started writing at the age of 50 and had several of his Poems published.
John now lives in Taunton with his partner Sharon and her children Jenny and Alex.
John has been divorced twice and has six other grown up children.
Marcus, Nicholas, Natasha, Richard, Charlotte and Dominique.
John likes time on his own to think, comedy and nature films and writing
John dislikes moody and vain people
