Biography:
John has had plays premiered at most Reps in the North West of England. He was Arts Council Resident Dramatist at Manchester LTC and Resident Writer at M6. He regularly returns to write for fringe theatre (where he started) and has had around forty stage plays produced, including a dozen or so collaborations with director, actor and writer chums.

He has written over a hundred hours of tele from educational programmes, children's TV, soaps and a series of short plays.
He’s currently working on a collection of one-act stage plays provisionally entitled "Futures Past and Present".
