Biography:
Peter Harvey has lived and worked in the Arab World for twenty years. He is a graduate of Cambridge University, where he read Law. He has taught in Britain and in Greece as well as in several Arab countries, for private and state institutions and for the British Council. His work has brought him into contact with a wide range of Arabs from the Atlantic coasts of Morocco to the desert sands of Kuwait. He is not a Muslim nor is he a regular churchgoer.
