Biography:
Sheila Keyse was born on the 18th of February 1927, under the sign of Aquarius (just) with Libra rising. Due to having two planetary rulers; Saturn and Uranus this has led to some confusion among her friends. Those who are boringly conventional, tend to see her as wacky and eccentric. (This is down to the influence of Uranus;) while those many fellow barmpots who call her their friend, regard her as staid and down to earth and decidedly a Saturn type.
Because there are still people in the world who judge a person by their birth date, she might be considered by them to be quite an elderly party. As a firm believer in the doctrine of reincarnation, she hotly denies this. She may be a very old soul but she hopes not, since 'old souls' are probably ones that keep getting things wrong and have to return to try and straighten out their mistakes.
With this in mind, she thinks that the lager swilling louts on street corners, with their ragged jeans and dirty trainers are probably quite a bit older than she is, and because she was brought up to respect her elders, she is very tolerant of them.
As far as her life (the present one) is concerned, she has had many jobs starting at the age of fourteen sorting raw cotton for cordite during the Second World War. The rest was just a drift until she did her nursing training at the ripe old age of forty. (Maturity was considered an asset in those days)
