Biography:
Simon Knott is a food and drink writer, producing articles for trade and consumer magazines. He also works as a new product and service development consultant to companies in the food and drink sector. He studied a BSc Honours in Catering Management, Food Science and Nutrition at Oxford Brookes University, and subsequently worked in a variety of restaurants, food companies and commercial catering units as a chef and manager. He now works freelance and lives in the south-east of England.
