On my tiny legs I followed you around,
With undying love and devotion,
Yet with heart closed you shunned,
Love was yours to give, the very notion.
Mum yearned my love,
But to you Dad, I wanted to give,
To me we fit like a glove,
And it was you I wanted to be with.
But the words of love you never did say,
