The History of the SS Cricket Club

Synopsis

Imagine the Germans had secret weapon during World War II. It was one of the war’s best kept secrets. The SS had a cricket team. Hitler figured that if a crack squad beat the MCC, British morale would collapse. But they could never get a fixture. By the end of the war, the SS cricket team had never been deployed. The SS Cricket Club was disbanded and its members fled. However, in 1953, on board a cruise ship sailing out of Baltimore, co-incidentally called the SS Cricketteam, a number of people who knew of the secretive SSCC were mysteriously assembled and, one by one, they were being bumped off. The survivors fetch up in South America, where the maniacal Dr Mangler has cloned a new SS cricket team – and the passengers have to play for their lives.
