Synopsis

Pellican Square, in general terms, is very far from unique and it’s a fair bet there’s something pretty much like it not too far away from where you are right now. Many large communities have similar districts; they are the repositories of the dispossessed, but appearances are often very deceptive. There’s so much going on under the surface; no two days are the same.  

In Pellican Square, anything from the sublime to the downright disgusting can happen - and usually does, eventually.
