Synopsis

This is a book with a difference; not the usual one of military prowess associated with the SAS. It is a tale of four young soldiers, selected, although not yet trained for service with this elite regiment. The story of their ups and downs is told from the point of view of the young sergeant who led this temporary squad.

Although far from obvious at the time, it becomes clear all their missions had a common thread running through them. That thread was heroin, one of the great scourges of our society; it was also a major source of funds for terrorists.
