FINDING A TITLE
Welcome to our bookshop, where you can browse for any one of our titles using our various search facilities.
For example, just click on the 'Search By Title' link on the left hand menu, then enter any part of the title you are looking for in the free text box, or click on 'Search By Author' or 'Search By Genre' and choose from any item on the drop-down menus. You can also enter any part of a title into the search box above the menu tabs and click 'Search Titles, a drop down list will then appear for you to browse.
Alternatively you can click on the 'View A-Z Listing' and search our database alphabetically. Please note that all titles beginning with 'The' are listed by the second word.
Once you have located your chosen title you can order it in hardcopy, paperback or e-book formats. The links to these purchase options will only appear if the title is available in that format. If the link doesn't’t exist, then it is not available. 99% of our books are available in e-Book format, well over 60% in paperback and a small % in hardback.
PURCHASING BOOKS
The Shopping Cart
Once you have chosen your title please click on 'Purchase Options' and then choose either 'Paperback' 'Hardback' or 'E-book'. Then simply click on the 'Add To Cart' button to add your chosen title to the Shopping Cart. The Cart will then appear in the left hand menu showing your prospective purchase(s) with a 'View Cart' button underneath. You may continue to navigate the site adding as many books of all types (e-book and hardcopy) to your cart as you wish, which will show the accumulative details and totals as you add each item. The shopping cart will remain active showing your chosen items, either until you complete your purchase(s), or you close the current session on your browser.
Once you have placed all your required titles into the Shopping Cart click on the 'View Cart' button which will take you through to the checkout.
You can order multiply copies of paperback and hardback books via the '+' button situated against each title on the 'View Order' page. Likewise you can deduct the number of copies via the '-' button or delete the item altogether using the 'X' button. NB. You can only order one copy of an e-book.
Checkout
When you are ready to buy click on the 'Checkout' button on the 'View Order' page which will take you through to a page for you to check your order is correct and fill out the delivery details for paperback and hardback orders. If you only ordered an e-book this facility will not of course be available.
Once you have checked your order and /or completed the delivery details click on the 'Submit Delivery Details' button. This will then recalculate your order to include any freight costs. You have a final opportunity to edit the delivery address at this point
Next click on the 'Make Payment' button which will take you through to our secure server to make your payment. Please follow the online instructions to complete your purchase.
E-mail Confirmation
Once your purchase is complete you will be presented with a page showing your purchases and/or download links. In case you don't see this, or inadvertently close the browser before completing the required actions, we also send you an e-mail giving the same information. WorldPay (see next paragraph) will also send you a separate e-mail receipt for your goods.
Our online purchasing system can be used in conjunction with the most popular credit and debit cards such as VISA or MasterCard. The transaction is administered on a secure server which is operated by WorldPay, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Scotland.
DELIVERY OF PAPERBACKS AND HARDBACKS
Our policy is to delivery our book(s) to their stated address at the earliest possible date and certainly within 28 days. In practice, except in very busy periods such as Christmas, we will endeavour to ship within 1 working week. The vast majority of our books are Print On Demand, which means they don't exist at the time of purchase. The book is printed once your order is received, we do not warehouse any titles.
NON DELIVERY
If your purchase fails to arrive within the prescribed time please e-mail us or phone 01633 676629 (Mon - Fri 9 am - 5 pm)
DOWNLOADING AN E-BOOK
Once you have completed your CC purchase, a link will appear for you to download your e-book. In case you accidentally close the browser and lose the page you will also receive an e-mail with this link. You can also go to View Purchased e-books enter your e-mail address and press the 'Find My Purchases' button which will show you a list of all e-book purchases including a link to download any you have not yet downloaded.
To read a downloaded e-book you will firstly need a copy of WinZip or WinRar available from www.winzip.com and www.winrar.com respectively or you can use the AonL Zip Tool
All our e-books are sold in 'Adobe Acrobat Reader' format and the majority in 'Microsoft Reader' format as well. To view the Acrobat version you will need a copy of Acrobat 5.0 or above, available free from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html To view the MS Reader version you can download the software free from http://www.microsoft.com/reader/downloads/pc.mspx.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
We do not have access to and do not keep any record of your financial details on our server. We do however keep name and address details in conjunction with the card used and, provided you don’t untick the privacy box, we may send you details of our book offers from time to time. We do not allow our records to be used for any other purpose and do not pass them on to third parties.
YOUR SALES RECORDS AND DOWNLOADING LATER
If you have previously purchased books from us, by clicking on the 'Your Purchased e-Books' link you can view your previous titles, and if you have not yet downloaded your chosen title, you will see a download link, which will remain active for 30 days.
DOWNLOAD PROBLEMS
If you experience difficulties with your purchase please consult our FAQs under the 'Support' tab, where you can find how to remedy the most common problems.

REFUND POLICY
Please note we do not give refunds for e-books that have already been downloaded, but we will always make sure you have the means to view your purchased title.
