Anybody anywhere near Fowey in Cornwall this week, 11th - 16th May, can catch Enid Michael signing copies of her new book 'Beyond Pendowry Water' every day between 1.30 and 2.30 at the Literary Centre, 5 South Street. Authors OnLine is down there supporting her, and quite of few of our other titles will also be on sale.

The event is the Daphne Du Maurier Literary Festival, an annual event held in her honour in Du Maurier's home town and the setting for many of her novels, including Rebecca.

We decided to suport Enid at this festival because it is also set in Fowey and has already stired up quite an interest locally, with several articles and mentions in the local media.

Over the week-end it is also rumoured that our esteemed editor himself may be putting in an appearance, if he can find the time!
