Do You own an Amazon Kindle and would like to use it to read your Authors OnLine purchased books? It’s very easy and also FREE*, so please read on.

Once you have purchased one of our books in PDF format you can e-mail it to your Kindle e-mail address with ‘Convert’ in the subject line and it will appear automatically on your Kindle fully formatted for the device. It’s as simple as that.

HINTS:

Your Kindle e-mail address can be found on your Kindle in the ‘Settings’ Menu under ‘Device Email’.

You will also need to register the e-mail from which you are sending your PDF file as an approved e-mail address, by logging into your Kindle account at www.amazon.com/myk for non UK customers, or www.amazon.co.uk/myk if you are a UK customer. If you own more than one e-mail address you can register multiple addresses.

*It’s totally free on the Wi-Fi only version! Although watch out for this on the 3G version as there might be a ‘small’ (Amazon’s description not ours!) charge if it tries to load your Kindle whilst you are not in range of your Wi-Fi. It’s currently 20p per MB, so a 10 MB file is a couple of quid (That's British slang for UK pounds).

NB: The formatting isn’t always perfect, especially with diagrams and illustrations, which may not be positioned exactly as intended, but it’s usually sufficient for purpose.
