If you want to use our Basic Service, but are having a few gremlins printing the Word document to PDF, or you can't get the template to work with the cover design , then we can do those last few tweaks for you. However this is only ofered for that purpose and we don't do any formatting, typesetting or cover design work, for that you need our Standard or Enhanced service. You will need to submit the problem and our staff who will advise as to whether or not it falls into this Basic Plus package or if you need our Standard Service.
